Children from 5 to 13 who are travelling alone must receive support. The aid is optional for children between the ages of 14 and 17, although it is not expected that they will go alone. Children under the age of five are not allowed to go without an adult. If desk employment is necessary,then Aeromexico Minor Policy says that the Unaccompanied Minor must be in the departing air terminal for both domestic and international flights at least two hours prior to takeoff. Guardians or authorised watchmen should remain at the airport until the flight has taken off and until they have received the necessary information from a member of the Aeromexico personnel.
